皆さま、今年の抱負は決めましたでしょうか。
新年の抱負は、英語では New Year’s Resolutionと言います。
So, what are your new year’s resolutions? (あなたの抱負は何ですか)
抱負を言う時によく使う表現があります。
例えば
◎moreを使って、 もっと～したいーI’d like to read more.
◎learn how to ～ ～を習いたい－I’m going to learn how to use the PC.
◎spend more time ～ing ～にもっと時間を取りたい－I want to spend more time studying English.
などなど。
私のは、
exercise more! （もっと運動する）
walk more! （もっと歩く）
keep my house clean! （家を綺麗に保つ）
の３つです！
I’m hoping to be able to keep my resolutions! （決めたことを続けられれば良いんですけど！）
